The 'Patriarchy is A Bitch' logo design was created for Mad Free, with a phrase coined by Michaela angela Davis, (the founder of Mad Free) who is also an image activist. This particular shirt was originally created in collaboration with Liberated People, to recognize the contributions, stamina and labor of Black and Brown feminist freedom fighters, and premiered at the Black Women’s Blue Print WORDS OF FIRE Conference at Spelman College.
